• No reverse engineering or attacks on the service.
• No posting of malware or harmful code.

Coupons and offers may link to third party stores. We do not control third party websites. Your use of third party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

CouponLeaks may use affiliate links or receive a commission when you make a purchase through a link. This does not affect the price you pay.

The CouponLeaks name, logos and software are owned by CouponLeaks, Inc. Do not use our trademarks without written permission.

If you believe content infringes your copyright you can send a notice to legal@couponleaks.com. Include your contact information, a description of the work, the URL of the content and a good faith statement.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law CouponLeaks and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or for loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend and hold harmless CouponLeaks, Inc. from claims and costs that arise from your use of the service or from your content.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is needed for security or legal reasons.

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will provide a notice. The new version will apply on the date it is posted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Courts in Multnomah County, Oregon will have jurisdiction, unless your local law requires a different venue.
